Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I am a working woman with 8 month old child. When I was at my mother's place for delivery , my in laws came over and have verbally abused me and my parents while asking for gold jewellery etc. My mother in law has demanded all of my salary for child and family expenses. They were also staying in flat owned by me , but i had it evicted by sending notice and they have fled taking away tube lights , fans and all movable things.

Please guide me on next steps.

1)On which grounds can i file divorce?

2)Can husband claim any right in my property?

3)Can i apply for maintenance expenses of my child?

The husband have not bothered to inquire about child and has not spend single penny on the child so far. In fact , he also insulted me by refusing to acknowledge the paternity of child. In such case , can i take the sole custody of child any deny him visitation rights? please advise

Dear client file theft case against yr husband and in laws for taking away belongings. U can ask divorce in the ground of mental cruelty. U can ask maintenance for child by filling application under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. Yr husband cannot claim share property belong to u. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
