Dear sir/madam My sister is married for five years having two children, now the husband is leaving her and he will marry another girl. My sister wants child maintenance from him. My question is that can she get what she wants, can the case gets complicate if she knock the door of the court of law coz he is rich(private contractor) and she is poor i hope you know what i mean and how much will she get for her chirdren.
