Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir/madam, I am 31 years old visually challenged boy from U.P. I got married with a fraud girl from Hyderabad. She is a normal girl and capable to earn. She just married me for my government job. Just after two months, when she found that I will not run acording to her commands, she ran away with our jwelery. But, as she was going, police investigated and found her fault and forced her to give us in written whatever jwelery she was taking. Now we are going to file one sided divorce petition. If she files fraud cases against me in Hyderabad, can I get those cases transfered in to U.P. because of my blindness. I also don't have father and brother in my family to take me to Hyderbad. My lawyer is telling my mother and my sisters to debar me legally from the relation for their safety from domestic violence charges. We don't have any property. Is it nesscessary? Can they be saved in domestic violence charges after debaring from the relation.

1) Depends upon facts as to how she files DV and 498A cases.

2) When the wife absconded now not residing with ur family, then how

can she make false case against ur mother and sister.

3) U may file RCR to preempt her from filing such cases and seek AB.

4) Keep record of her past history for ur future use.
