Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam,
I wanted to know about Pension fund. My father is a 65+years old having 6 kids (5daughters & 1son). But no one got married coz he is not ready to do. Everymonth he takes Rs.8,000/- pension but one rupee also he never spent on his own children, everything he spend for only drinking.
Is there any rule that to stop taking him the pension fund from the post office? Even we dont want that amount, it can be donated to some trusts.
Please check and advice on this.

You are not entitled to interfere in another person's personal life. A 65 year old person is a "senior citizen" and is entitled to live his life his way. It is his Fundamental Right to deal with his property as per his wishes.
You cannot do what you want to do, law does not permit that.
