Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a widower (aged 43) and married a divorcee girl on October-13. We both have girl child mine is 13 and her daughter aged 11 years. We are from Kerala and settled at Chennai,because i am working in a private firm at Chennai. She is a teacher so i arranged a teacher job also in Chennai in a good school. 2014-15 was good for your family life, but her parents and her sister's husband visited our Chennai house on 2015 middle, after that my wife's character was totally changed. She always comparing me with her sister's husband, they well settled in Kerala. Also she comparing with me with her friends husbands. She always using bad words to my 70 year old father, he is staying with me and he only doing all kitchen works for us. She is not caring my daughter also. On 2015 end she said she shifting her daughter to Kerala to her parents and told me to shift my daughter also. But i said no, the she started fighting with me daily, and she left from my house on March-16 and stayed in a hostel near to my house. before that she shifted her daughter to her Kerala house, because of that i am also forced to shift my daughter to her grandma at Kerala. On April-16 without any information to me she resigned from that school and vacated from Chennai and settled with her parents at Kerala. Now i am planning to send RCR notice from Chennai court, because i am sure that she will never come back to Chennai. In July 16 (after 3 months from separation) her relatives come to us for a meeting in that meeting also she and her mother/sister and sister's husband blamed me without any acceptable reasons, that understood her relatives also. But she dont want to come back to Chennai and stay with me, she said i want to go her place when i am getting leave. I am not accepted that so for divorce from her, I planned to send a RCR from Chennai court. Because i know that she never come to Chennai after that meeting.

So kindly advise can i file RCR from Chennai, to get the decree favor to me after processing the divorce..

Kindly advise, my daughter is staying with her old age grandma, i want take her back with a new life.
