Dear sir/Madam,

iam sumaira 27years old female from hyderabad and i am living with my parents now. I got married 2 times. My first husband met with an accident and passed away. My second marriage which i was not ready but my parents forced me to do. In just 1 week my parents call me back home and torching me, beating me, taking lot of works from me because my 2nd husband was asking money from my parents. my 2nd husband put case on me of fraud of 12lakhs rupees which i have not taken he was angry because i went to my mother house and stay for long time. That is why he put case on me of fraud. I want to live independent by doing job i want to stay myself. So can i live independent without my parents and i want to fight my case alone with my own expenses.

yes you have right to get maintenance u/s 125 of crpc,from your husband, and you can also file complaint of cruelty against your husband you can file complain under sec.12 of D.V. Act also, in which you can claim monetary relief along with separate residence and many other relief. for further assistance email at [email protected]
