dear sir/mam,
what decisions court gives if anybody,s wife has an affair with anybody else if we prove in court after divorce about it what benefits will she get get from her husband like
1) property in share ?
2) can she apply for a dv act?
3) maintenance?
4) can she put a 498a? etc

who has gone to the litigation the husband or wife?? if the husband wants a divorce he can have a ground for divorce. In case the wife files a case then adultery will be his defence which will be needed to be proved. She is entitled to file cases under DV act and for maintainance .For further query contact 9312411481
IF u prove that she is in adultery, then you can get divorce on this ground and she is not entitle for Maitnenace or 498a or DV act or property share.
