dear sir,

Me and My Husband is married from 18 yrs. .we have two kids age 16 & 10yrs. from the beginning my husband try to get hold of my all jewellery but i try to keep it with me.as our fights taking ugly turn day by day ,i m worried that i can't continue this relationship more. As his Abusive manners and behavior taking toll i doubt it will continue longer ,as i ve to take some major decision .But my concern is about my kids custody.My husband always tell me to leave his house without my kids.i really don't know what to do as i 'm not working and totally depend on my husband money

please suggest what to do and how i can get my kids custody .

jwellery cannot be the sole ground for your opting out of the relationship.If he is physically abusive to you then yes do think about seperation. You can shift out of the home and seek maintenance from him. for further query contact 9312411481.

Dear client as yr kids r above 12 years age so u have to ask their custody. Court will ask the kids with whom they want to stay and if they say they want to stay with u then court will grant u custody. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
