Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

My daughter was married in 2008 & came back to father's house after one & half year of marriage.

Then we filed a case of Bigamy on ground of registry deed of a flat with some girl mentioning as husband & wife , dowry & maintenance.

but was dismissed by dist. sessional court in March 2015 . We did not appeal in High Court even.As such living separately.

Is there any solution of Divorce in this case where boy is having a malafide intention & do not wish to divorce as such her life may be ruined.

to obtain divorce, a petition for divorce needs to be filed. however, a lawyer has to go through all the past record of litigaiotn before advising further.
