Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir,

My father got married 3 times.

He inherited his fathers business for which I have been working for for the last 15 years.

My father has abused almost all his children including 2 of his wives.

One of his wives does not want me to be in the family business and wants my step brother to own all.

I am a father with 2 children.

I am now 46 and working for my father

My stepmother has created problems between my father and me.

My father is threatining to dismiss me from the family business .

If he takes such a action I will be in the streets .

He is playing with my wife and childs life.

My father is very violent and has come in the newspapers for his negative behavior.

Can I file a Hatak-e-izzat case against him ? Because he used me to fix the family business for so many years then suddenly wants to throw me out.

What will happen to my chid ?
