Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

My father got property from his Aunt( Father's sister) through registered will. His Aunt got this property as share family partition as below

1. Father's Aunt - Got property share and passed on that property to my dad through registered will (she adopted my dad as she dont have children, and this is not a legal adoption)

2. Father's Fater - Passed away in very early age. He didn't give any property to my dad

Now the question is, whether the property that my father got from his aunt is considered as self acquired or ancestral..?

Do we (me, my brother and sister) have any legal right on this property or my dad can donate to anyone as per his will?

Dear client as property is not self earned by yr father then it is ancestral property. U yr mother and sister can claim share in the property. For any legal help call me on 8446247807
