Dear sir,
My husband said that he has sent a letter to commisioner office that I have broken lock of his house burnt shoes and left the gas knob open which is false is there any provision in the law to do so how can I get information about the same as to what was frame he has slapped me and drove me out of the hose. I have nt filed a complaint yet I went to the police station the police said it is done only wen we don't file n fir please advise how to safeguard myself

A husband is not entitled drive the wife out of matrimonial home, without any court order. You may make a written complaint to the police authorities of your area demanding back entry in the house. You may also file a complaint of "domestic violence" against your husband.
