Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir

My marriage was arrange marriage in 2012 now i have 9 month baby boy .

My wife is not happy with me and always she do emotionally blackmail after our child birth.

I live in ludhiana and working as a fashion designer .My parents live my home town in jharkhand & my SUSRAL in same town .Now she has problem that she don't want to live with my parents and with me and always giving warning "I don't want to live with You .I try to talk with her family to send in my house or at to live but they speak rudely she don't want to go and we don't want to send .They all are doing emotionally blackmail .I am very harassment .

Sir/madam here i want to suggestion with u what i do.I want to give only a legal warning .that we can do from ludhiana because i can't left my job and they all living in jharkhand .

You have file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights wherein call may direct her to join matrimonial home. But it will not help u much. You have to solve the matter with love otherwise divorce would be the last option. At the best for the time being, you can serve a notice for RCR from Ludhiyana or elsewhere.
