Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir

Myself Preeti Gupta.My divorce case was under court proceedings since last 5 yrs. Last week , we both agreed for mutual divorce for an amount. After the agreement we withdrew all the cases and date was given by judge to make a part of payment. But within three days the other party refused to honor the settlement. Now what are the options do I have before me. Is there any way to force him to make payment and to settle for divorce.
