Dear Sir,
Respectfully, I am to state that my wife expired prior to 4 to 5 days,but my wife's notorious family are not handovering my daughter to me.Please do advise me so that I can get back my daughter

After the demise of your wife, you are the natural guardian of your daughter. What is the reason that the custody of your daughter is not given to you. Only after knowing your circumstances, you can be guided properly.
