Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear, I have a son three years old and we have divorced. what will be maintenance charges for me. My salary is one lac. What should I do so that judge will reduce the child expenses for me per month?

dear max are 15000 per month but it also depends on circumstances of case . if the case of child maintenance is not yet filed so you must send it 10000 per month.

There is no fix amount under the law.. If case is not filed, just send 2000 per month to your ex-wife.. If it is filed then contest it.. [email protected]
