We have 2 brother and one sister my father died 5 years before my mom living with me and my brother living seprate and dosenot want to take any responsibility of my mom and we have own house wich name of my father can a house tranefer to my mom ?please ans

As per law, your brother can also claim the property.
But better to file application to transfer your fathers property into your mother name.
if he come to contest then got his address and file a case of maintenance through your mother and got monthly maintenance amount from your brother, as it is her right. if need any other help then you may send me email, i will guide you how to proceed.
