Legal Question in Family Law in India

after th death , 5 people are the surviving members. how To make survivg member certificate.Does all members have to make individual certificate.Is There any NOC required ?Is it necessary to issue certificate in one of the member name?

already explained in the other query. either the share needs be relinquished or NOC in favour of one of the legal heirs.
