after death of a person without writing any will., how property will be divided among two sons (one married) one doughter(married) and his widow. could person's widow cut out one son from property's share.,??

the property can be devolved in to 3 shares for son, daughter and wife.

equally devided in 4 shares (Widow of deceases/mother of sons, Two sons and daughter)
