Legal Question in Family Law in India

My deceased father's house was beqeathed to myself & my sister.Later my sister gave her share to myself through a registered gift deed. My sister is married & is blessed with a 13 yr old daughter at the time of registration of her share in my name. My 1st question 1) Is my sister's daughter can claim the share which my sister has given to me through gift deed after she becomes major. What is the legal position. My 2nd question 2) Is my sister's husband has any claim on the share which my sister has given through the regd gift deed. Pls clarify.

once she bequeathed the share through will and gifted it to you, then neither she or anyone else related to her can claim the share back. however, it is advisable to show all the documents to a competent lawyer of your area for a better opinion.
