Legal Question in Family Law in India
a decree of divorce granted by the family court.an appeal was made against it in the high court.but the husband did accept the summons only after publication after one year .when the case came up two years later he stated that he is married and has a daughter.can he be suied for bigamy .what will be the fate of the divorce case.can the wife use the husbands surname.

Dear client if wife has file appeal in high court within 90 days from divorce decree then she can file case of bigamy against husband. Yr question is not complete. For proper advice call me 8446247807
