decree of divorce is granted by family court,within a period of 2 months wife files a case in high court.but while the case is pending in high court the husband remarries what are the rights of the second wife .

Was the husband aware of high court proceedings at the time of second marriage??which part of india you belong to? .though the marriage is void ab initio but still we need to go through the documents to ascertain the validity of the marriage.
