I am from delhi and got married 3 years ago in delhi and live with my husband only for 2 months in delhi. My husband is also residing in delhi in a rented house from past 4 years.

But he is from punjab / hometown he has ancestral house there.

my husband is working in gurgaon in mnc.

Now he wants to file divorce case in punjab. Just to harasse me.

1. Can he file divorce in punjab?

2. what is the process for transfer case from punjab to delhi?

In case he files divorce petition in Punjab, you can file a transfer petition in Supreme Court and get the divorce petition transferred to Delhi.
