Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a deprived woman who is helpless by financially & mentally both. I am leading my life with my old father who are suffering from multiorgan disorder & old & sick mother. Because my brute & inhuman husband by continuous torturing both mentally & physically has forced me to come out from my marital life and stay down at my parental house. So I lodged a 498 a case against him under alipur court in kolkata. But now my parents are not able to go there. And nobody is there beside me who can go along with me. My parental house is in chinsurah. So I want to transfer the case from alipur court to our chinsurah court. It will be very helpful if it is possible. So can it be done?

Dear client if u have to transfer case within state then file transfer petition in high court. If u have transfer case outside state then file transfer petition in supreme court. For any legal help call me
