Legal Question in Family Law in India

This is dinesh by enough ground and audio and video proof of my wife who is involve in illegal activities with someone i filed divorce in court but i don't know some how she got stay on case which is disappointing for me bcs how can i prove my self in court that my wife is involve in illegal work and another hand she lodge a complaint 498 a against me amd even my family and also my father and uncle's both are govt.-employee she maild a lateer to their vigilance department to fake charges

plz save our sole and suggest me what we an do

There is no provision for stay as such in divorce petition. I hv to see the court order. For 498A, file a quash petition in High court u/s 482 CrPC.
