Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have been having disagreements between my parents for quite some time. The issue is mostly on terms of marriage, and buying a home by selling a land which they had before 20 yrs. They tell me i have to sign the document so that they can sell it. I am against selling the land. I dont want any property or cash from them anymore. I am earning and can manage my finance on my own. I want to draw a legal document that would seperate me from the properties, wealth they hold. I dont want anyof them. What should I do ?

you can draw a relinquishment deed and give up your share.
