I want to disown my unborn child. Being its biological father, and an harassed husband of the mother of the baby, I do not want to own the child.

How can I disown my unborn child?

if you know that you are the biological father and the child has been conceived, there is no legal provision to disown the child. The alleged Harrasment by wife, does not allow one to disown his own child.

It is beyond understanding that why one would punish the child by depriving him of child's right
