Legal Question in Family Law in India

If a disowned boy, who at first married ( legally) a girl from a brothel and a gang of people who get the girl engaged with various other boys to get money. Wants to marry a nice girl without divorce from that brothel girl. Is it right? Or wrong?

Let the girl leave her present place of abode and join you. Thereafter, you may check her legal status and apply for her divorce, if needed.
