Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have a dispute with my husband domestic violence n maintainance case is in court. Not done any case for child custody. I have 2 children daughter 12+ n son 9+Age. I heard that custody of a daughter will definitely will gget to mother but doubt about son. If my son don't want to go to father even then court can give son to father I want to know the chances because my son wants to b with me n his sister. Never wants to go to father
