Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a diversee men. After divorse i am living with my daughter with legally accepted by my wife. My old ration card was with my wife and i have no contacts with my ex wife.

now i want to get a new ration card by my name and my daughter name. pl let me know the legal procedure....
