Hi, in divorce case what are usually the chances for wife to get custody for 10 years old son if wife is not citizen of Lebanon and husband is from Lebanon with marriage done according Maronite law? Husband officially has mental issues that been proved and he can't sustain the marriage.

The rule, as per the Maronite laws, is to look at the best interest of the kid.
In your above case, providing that the assumption of the mental illness is proved, you have all the chances to get the custody; and depending on the kind of illness he suffers from, he might have/have not the right of vist and accompanying the kid.
