Legal Question in Family Law in India
I had a divorce case hearing in Guwahati Family court on 16.12.13.I requested court to grant me six months time (wrote a petition to the superintendent of the court).I stay in Navi Mumbai.More than a month has passed and I have not received any intimation from the court.What should I do now?

You need to hire a lawyer in Guwahati and he / she will seek extension of time on your behalf.
