how to get divorce in case of Husband went to Foreign country immediately within 6 months of marriage and said that, he will call within short time. but even after 5 years NO MSG from him, inspite of mailing and calling, he stated to ask divorce immeidately he got the PR in foreign country. how to get out from this stuff

You may seek divorce on the ground of 'desertion' by filing a petition in the local courts. You may also seek maintenance/alimony and return of your dowry articles etc., if any, with your husband or his family.
