Legal Question in Family Law in India

My divorce case is pending and I want to live in with a married man who has two kids... Is it illegal and his wife can take any action against us?

it is nor ethical nor legal.

your husband as well as her wife can register FIR against both of you. So don't proceed this relationship till both of you get divorce. For early divorce, I can help both of you.
