Legal Question in Family Law in India

during my divorce case which is running in district court, my attendance has been marked wrong..it was last year, & surprisingly it is on a date whose

order i wanted to challange in higher court..it is an interlocutory order...i was not present in court, only my advocate was present but its mentioned in the order tht

i was present along with my advocate...where can i complain about it, If i give an application regarding this to same judge, will he consider it & correct the attendance

You may file an application in the same court, through your Advocate, for correction in the order.
