divorce case , this case is running two family court i.e one in tamil nadu & karnataka now i have like to attend the case in tamil nadu only .

since the same case running on two place , now i like to with draw or dismiss the case in karanataka ,

kindly what is producer to withdraw the case

Make a statement before the court on the date of hearing OR before the date fixed move an application:

That

You want to withdraw the case.

But you must take the precaution of withdrawing from the place where there is no jurisdiction.
