A divorce case of my son in going on in Delhi high court, my grand son is living with the mother for the last ten years, both are living separately, my daughter in law is living with her parents, is their any legal right of the grandson in the property of grandmother/grandfather.

is the property inherited or self acquired. If it is self acquired the grandson will have no share. If it is inherited his share will be from his fathers share in the property. for further clarification call 9312411481
