I got divorce certificate but in there my name and mother name spelling entered wrongly what is is the solution for this

1) File a separate petition/ correction memo in the court along with acceptable proof of spelling of u and ur mother for example Passport, Birth Certificate issued by Registrar of Births, School Certificate besides usual Affidavits etc.

2) If not available, then go for Gazette notification and file before the court. The Attorney who dealt with the case would be able to guide in detail.
