Following our divorce, a child custody case was filed by my ex husband. After 5 years the district court has ruled in his favor without completing court proceedings. What are my options of stopping this rule be executed? my husband has remarried and has children off his second wife

what is the age of child ?

Did child gave her preference in favour of father.?

You should immediately file an appeal against such order at higher forum. I hope u ll easily win the case.
