i got my divorce decree 2 days back but my 125 case is still pending. sir now a days i have a relation with a divorced lady who has a 5yrs old girl. her child custody is still pending.

Sir can i marry this lady?

Sir can my ex wife create any disturbance in my life?

You may need to wait for the appeal period. If an appeal is filed by your wife, you cannot marry till appeal is decided.
