Legal Question in Family Law in India
Can divorce be granted if husband does not want it. Our problem is after delivery of baby wife & inlaws are not sending them to us(husband's Place). Wife having problem staying with husband & family. We are trying to communicate with them but they are not responding properly. Is Cooling Period(six months) a mandatory rule by supreme court.
