Divorce hony k bd mother(wife) ki death ho gai, baby nani (mother of mother) ki custody ma tha, nani ny father k against sue kr dia kharchy (for custody charges) k lia. Court ny decide kr dia k father nani ko custody charges dy ga. Nani ki b death ho gai. Nani k representative father sy kharcha ( unpaid custody charges) lainy k haqdar hain?
