Legal Question in Family Law in India

To get divorce husband filed divorce case which he failed to contest. Now filed RCR which he is not appearing intentionally & will not appear. I assume that I may get decree of RCR.

Now if the husband does not comply the order then can he able to filed another divorce case?

Is it permissible to file DV against him on this ground?

I don't want divorce him.

dear client if u get R C R decree and he will not obey it then u can enforce through court and compel him live with u. he cannot file now divorce case but he can appeal to higher court, for any legal help call me on 9422611385
