Hi, I want to divorce my husband. He says lot of bad words for me and my family. I feel mentally harrased. in the past he has physically abused me three times but I didn't reported any incidence to police. He is not ready for mutual divorce. We don't have any sexual relations from last two years. I have a small child. Please let me know how can I intiate filing divorce without lawyer. And what all things I can take along with me at the time of moving out from his house.
