Legal Question in Family Law in India
I got divorce from my husband who is an NRI (canadian citizen). He never came for any of the hearings, the judge has passed the order in my favour last month for the permanent alimony. But all in vain. He hasn't paid me anything till now. Please suggest if there's any way out.
