Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I got divorce and i have 16 month baby girl. I want to pursue my higher studies and going abroad, i need full custody from family court to bring my daughter along with me. How long would it take by the court to give me custody when her father is not willing to give me custody? also is there any way to get custody quickly because my classes are nearly to be held and now i came to know to have full custody for travelling abroad with minor. I have only 3,4 weeks
