in divorce petition on adultery ground, the lower court has asked to make adulterer as party, but i dont want to make him party, becouse the petition was based on girl's admission about her adultry in petition for disolusion of marriage in earliar filed petition for mutual ground which was withdrawn as it was premature, Now i dont want to make adulterer as party. Please advice me

You may hardly have any option but to follow the court order unless the same is modified in appeal / revision by higher court.
