Legal Question in Family Law in India
My divorce was taken place in 2009.my 12 years son's legal custody is with my wife.now my son dont want to leave with his mother.now by mutual understanding I had applied for legal custody in civil court. With her permission only I have taken admission of my son in school.Now she is denying to give leaving certificate of my son.so please guide me.otherwise it will spoil my sons education.

you can seek appropriate orders from the court directing her to hand over school leaving certificate to you.
