Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, I got divorce in US and she responded to the divorce however, during the trial my ex did not show up. Our divorce got finalized few years ago and she also took the money as part of settlement. Acc to US family court it is contested divorce and we got under "irrevocable differences". My ex also filed another divorce in India stating HMA. Can i use order 7 rule 11 of 151 cpc to disregard the case in India? Can i file a written statement or do i need to show up in court to do so? The case is in Bangalore

You may not face the case in India but for that you have to perform some formalities
