Legal Question in Family Law in
i am going to get a divorce from my spouse.I am having child now.His father having some properties(Lands).That is not his own property.My husband grand father property.If i will get divorce from my husband can i get share of those properties?They are planning to sell those properties(i mean land).How can i stop to sell those lands?

you may file a civil suit and seek injunction against sale of properties except by following due process of law. your son can seek partition of the same even after divorce.
you or your son has no right in those properties. if father is selling them during his life time, at the most he need noc from his son (your husband).. Your child right, if any, was through child's father and not an independent right which child could claim during the life time of father.
